Product Description

Opening with a sharp green walnut tang that will astonish your palate, it finishes with a subtle spicy tone that will delight your senses. Dive into the surprising qualities of this N°13 olive oil and take your kitchen adventures to a higher level. Every November, we hand-pick our olives and press them just yards from where they grew. No heat or chemicals touch our olives at any point in the process. We only wash, decant, and filter before we fill the bottles. In order to create this perfectly clear olive oil, we simply let nature do its work. If you’d like to learn more about Jan de Luz’s N°13 Olive Oil please visit him here.
