Raz al Hanout

This is a fragrant, traditional Moroccan spice mix. The name means ‘top of the shop” or a merchant’s best spices. Traditionally each family has their own recipe, often a closely guarded secret. Our blend is spicy, evocative, a taste of the spice bazaar in every bite. It’s delicious with couscous, vegetables, tagines, curries, roasted chicken and lamb.
